Because Broomcorn (Sorghum) and S. African Grass are both natural fibers, we can expect that there will be some inconsistencies in shape, diameter and strength. Both fibers have been used in the broom making industry for many years and are fairly durable, however we are adapting these fibers and techniques to the drum and percussion world, with some compromise.
Breakage, splitting, curling and fraying of the drum brooms fibers are to be expected after playing for some time, however our broom making technique uses very tight stitching and handle binding which does help prolong the life of our drum brooms (as opposed to simply bundling the fibers and wrapping with some sort of handle) - we can stand by that!
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:
- Defective Stitching
- Defective Handle Wrapping/Binding
Please notify us via email promptly about your return and we will provide additional instructions on processing. We will issue a full refund, including return shipping, to the method of payment you used to purchase the drum brooms.
